About Us

Karine Winfield, Founder and Managing Director at Elfrinn Events, has been involved in event organising for over 20 years.

Multi lingual; English, French and Spanish, Karine has worked within several multinational blue chip organisations such as JPMorgan and Apple, organising events worldwide from board meetings to plenaries, from in house gigs to staff off sites, from VIP dinners to exclusive client gatherings. Karine has lived, studied and worked across Europe and the Middle East and has extensive experience of working very successfully alongside different cultures in varying professional environments and industries.

Karine is passionate about corporate event organising and prides herself on her attention to detail, her ability to work under extreme pressure and her willingness to roll up her sleeves and do what is necessary to ensure a seamlessly executed corporate event.

Based in Oxfordshire for several years now, Karine has built an extensive, comprehensive portfolio of approved venues and service providers which enables her to create bespoke events that cater to the exact needs of all her clients.

Karine has grown to love and respect the beautiful countryside that she is privileged to call home and can often be found at sunrise running across the Ridgeway with her beloved side kick, German Shorthaired Pointer Spencer. Karine strongly believes that combining the beauty of the area and all that it has to offer with the corporate world, is a perfect match.
